The cases linking feature will be available for all New Zealand legal titles, including updates to subscription titles and eBook titles, published from June 2016. If the user accesses both ProView and Westlaw NZ with the same OnePass logon, the user will be automatically and seamlessly signed-on to Westlaw NZ when clicking on a case law link in ProView.
Links on case titles will go to the case summary tab on Westlaw NZ, whereas links on law report citations will go to the law report tab and links on media-neutral and unreported citations will go to the judgment text tab.
A Westlaw NZ subscription including the particular case will be required to access the document on Westlaw NZ.
Did you know our regularly updated subscription works are also available on ProView?
In addition to all our book titles, all of our legal commentary subscription works including McGechan on Procedure, Adams on Criminal Law, Resource Management, Employment Law, and Gault of Commercial Law, are also available on ProView.
